How
will I get my book?
If you have purchased an e-book, you will be able to download your e-book INSTANTLY from Smink Works,
once your payment has been made through PAYPAL. (An email with the download link is also sent to your email account.)IMPORTANT - Remember to click 'Return to Merchant' if you are not returned their automatically after completing your purchase.
If you have bought a paperback, your book will be posted to you from the book printer in Australia, or the Smink Works Books base
in Australia once notification of the payment has been received.
This could take a day to a week depending on your
location in Australia.
Where is my book?
If you experience any problems or difficulties downloading your book, or you haven't received
your paperback within two weeks, please email or phone Smink Works as soon as possible.

Is payment secure?
Payment is organised through the internationally renowned Paypal payment
system. This is a secure system. However, you should never give your
user name and password to anyone, particularly when requested in an
email.

What will I pay for postage and handling?
This is for print books only. (Ebooks are delivered free and instantly.)
1-2 copies = $5 Australian Dollars
3 copies+ = $15 Australian Dollars
10 copies+= Please email us for discount purchase rates/bookseller rates

Why
can't I open my e-book?
Depending on the format of the book you have downloaded, you will
need the corresponding reader. These readers are available for free.
If you have bought a book in PDF format you will need Acrobat Reader.
